How We Work: Five Steps from URL to Fixed Quote to Launch - Gold Coast Ecommerce

How we work

Five steps. Something in writing after every one.

Agents draft everything we make: the mockup, the brief, the estimate, the code, the tests, the content and the monthly report. A senior person checks and signs every handoff. That's why the price is fixed, the timeline is short, and nothing reaches you unchecked.

Step 01minutes

Look

Paste your URL. Within minutes there is something to react to: a homepage mockup, a scorecard for your store, or a map of the site you already have. Nobody has asked you for a meeting yet.

Step 0215 to 20 minutes, online

Scope

An interview, not a form. It asks about goals, users, data, integrations and budget, and keeps asking when an answer is vague. You end up with a written brief you can read, fix and keep, whether you hire us or not.

Step 03within 48 hours

Quote

We break the brief into line items and price each one against work we've already done. A senior engineer checks and signs every line. You get scope, exclusions, timeline, price and running costs in writing. Add something later and it gets its own fixed price. No surprise invoices.

Step 04days to weeks

Build

Agents write the routine 60 to 70%: scaffolding, data, integrations, content and tests. We review every change, run the tests and sign off the checklist. You get a staging link within days and a new release every week.

Step 05monthly

Run

Hosting, monitoring, content top-ups and a monthly report. A person reads that report before you do, and it ends with what we'd do next.

Guardrails

What we won't do

Ship AI-written code nobody has read. Bill you by the hour for something an agent did in minutes. Quote before we understand the job. And if we're the wrong fit, we'll say so on the first call.

Something new later? New fixed price, agreed first. Never a surprise invoice.
