What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work; others measure how the site is used or which ads led you here. This page lists the ones this site sets.

Cookies we use

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies named _ga and _ga_*): counts visits and shows us which pages are read, so we can improve them. Kept for up to two years.
• Google Tag Manager: loads tags we add later, such as Google Ads conversion tracking. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies; the tags it loads may.
• Meta Pixel (cookies named _fbp and, after an ad click, _fbc): tells Meta when someone who saw one of our ads visits, sends an enquiry or pays, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Kept for up to 90 days.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from bots. It holds no personal information and expires within 30 minutes.
• Stripe: when you pay on our checkout, Stripe sets cookies on its own payment pages to prevent fraud. Those are governed by Stripe's own policies.

When you send an enquiry or complete a payment, we also report that event to Meta from our own server, with your email address and phone number hashed (one-way encrypted) so they can be matched to a Meta account without being readable. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

How to control cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Blocking these cookies does not stop the site working; the enquiry form and checkout still work.
