02 · How it runs
Agents do the first draft. We check every line.
Week one: we interview you and the two people who actually do the work, and get read-only access to your tools. An agent drafts the workflow map and spots the repetition. We check it against what people told us. Week two: we rank it, cost it and write it up.

Every build has a care plan to move onto, from $39/month + GST: a monthly report, a named person to call, same-day replies, and no lock-in.
Hosting & care plansDo we have to use you for the build?
No. The report is yours. Most clients do use us, because the quote is already in it.
What tools do you automate with?
Whatever you already run (Shopify, Magento, Xero, ClickUp, HubSpot, Gmail), joined with n8n, Make or a small custom service where that's cheaper to own.
Is this an “AI strategy”?
No. It's a list of specific jobs, with numbers.
